1. Acceptance of Terms

All tools run entirely within your browser. No text you enter is transmitted to or stored on our servers. The Site is provided free of charge and without registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and its tools only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Acceptable uses include:

• Personal, educational, and professional text formatting and editing tasks
• Checking the general writing style or tone of your own content
• Improving prompts for use with third-party AI tools
• Word counting, text comparison, and general productivity tasks

You are solely responsible for any content you enter into the Site's tools and for how you use the results produced.

4. AI Tool Disclaimer & Accuracy

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI Text Checker produces an indicative "AI Tone Score" and "Human Tone Score" based on writing patterns. These scores cannot and must not be used as evidence of AI-generated content, plagiarism, academic misconduct, or any disciplinary or legal proceeding.
• The AI Prompt Score produces clarity, detail, and AI-readiness scores based on heuristic rules. These scores are a writing guide only and do not represent an objective or certified quality rating.
• All AI-related tool outputs may produce false positives or false negatives. Borderline scores (particularly in the 40–60% range) are especially unreliable and should be disregarded for any consequential purpose.
• Accuracy is highest with 100 or more words of input. Results for short texts (under 30 words) are particularly unreliable.
• Quick Case Converter makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any output produced by the AI tools.

We strongly recommend that you independently verify any output before relying on it for any purpose beyond casual guidance.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the Site or its tools to:

• Academic dishonesty: Submit AI Text Checker results as evidence of AI-generated work, plagiarism, or academic misconduct against any student, writer, or individual. Our tools are expressly not designed or validated for this purpose.
• Harassment or harm: Use tool outputs to falsely accuse, defame, or harm any individual or group.
• Illegal activity: Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Automated scraping: Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to access the Site at scale or to extract data in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site's source code, algorithms, or proprietary logic for commercial gain without written permission.
• Impersonation: Represent that any output from our tools has been produced by a certified, professional, or government-approved assessment system.
• Malicious use: Upload or process content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code, or attempt to interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Case Converter and its owner(s), operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or its tools

The Site and all tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
